Unfortunately when I first spotted it my eye sight had been so weakened by the recent surgery that I was unable to read the small print underneath and when I went back to it some days later it had obviously gone into a member's personal folder and so I wasn't able to track it down again without actually going through ALL the folders..
I was absolutely delighted with it and thank you very much.

A delightful little poppet of a doll for Sasha sent to me by Sarah Williams of vintage-sasha to open just before my recent operation. Many, many thanks Sarah for such a kind thought. Baby Sasha is thrilled with her.

We all know just how much young children like playing with large empty boxes (sometimes to our dismay even more than with the present that it housed) well it seems that these Sasha babies are the same judging by the antics of this little tot of mine with her new, not yet decorated, toy chest/box.

'Peek-a-boo.'

My very first waif doll bought for the purpose of wigging.

This pretty little 1960s Gotz slate eyed girl was bought for me to enjoy my love of using wigs. She arrived with a cut to the core fringe whilst the rest of her hair had been bobbed.


She actually remained like this for quite a few years whilst I gathered the courage to cut the rest of her hair off. She normally wears one of my many Monique Peggy-Sue wigs in the various colours but today she has on a real hair Monique wig in the Kimberly style.


Ive made the wig to look slightly windblown whilst she is walking her Steiff Fox Terrier dog, Foxy.


Her outfit today, a 'gifted' handknitted by Rosie Shortell Guernsy style jumper over a Pinestreetstudio skirt and scarf with manufactured socks and Ruthsdoll's distressed boots, is usually seen on my 1967 re-rooted NP but I'm trying to ring a few changes (so as not to bore you with the same repeated look) not having bought many new outfits just recently (apart from Dollydoodle's leisure wear.)

Little wicker pram for Bea's third birthday.

Lovely little wicker pram won off eBay for Bea whose eyes literally lit up when she saw it. Bea is a 1990s Gotz toddler Elke who was customised by Raven before I purchased her.

Belated Christmas gift from Dollydoodles.

As Christmas is always so hectic for us women (and we hopefully have some presents to open then) Judith decided that she would send me my Christmas present to cheer me up on a grey January day instead.... and here it is. A delightful lilac and white leisure suit plus converses for Holly so that she can now become a member of my Brood's 'Lilac Club.'

I need to look for a lilac ribbon in my ribbon stash (I'm pretty sure that I have one!) to see how that tones in rather than this white one.

I like the layered look so I have teamed it up here with a OOAK over Hoodie by Ruthsdolls.

I love this look of a garment tied around the waist when it gets too hot to wear it normally.

Back home after surgery and doing what I enjoy doing best...Sasha photography and blogging!

New lad, James, who came to help my recovery from surgery. He is a 1968/9 Frido Gregor who I bought on a BIN off ebay. He arrived wearing a smart Sashawardrobe outfit and shoes unknown.


I bought this Dollydoodle outfit especially for him so that he could join in with the rest of the gang who mainly hang out in Dollydoodle Hoodie's and joggers.
