I'm still trying to persuade my lads to step out of their Winter Hoodies, joggers and saggy beanie hats in this blisteringly hot Summer weather.
Meet The Dollydoodle Gregor Gang! Whilst most of the girls have been sensible and got changed into their Summer dresses and shorts I am still trying to persuade the boys to shed their Dollydoodle Winter leisure wear and don their shorts, gilets and T-shirts but they are insisting that it's 'Cool' to be dressed as they are. I have pointed out it is in my opinion far from being 'Cool' more like being 'Baked' in this hot sunny weather.
I'll continue my request tomorrow and hope that I have better luck.
Left to right. Ross, Sam and Matt.
Left to right. Jac, Fritz and Luke.
Left to right. Luke, James and Iain.
James on the left, a Frido 1968/1969 and Sam on the right, a 1968 Frido. Both are brunette Dark Jeans boys.
Jac on the left, a 1970 Dark Jeans Gregor and who has been customised by Shelly and Luke on the right, another Frido 1969 Dark Jeans lad.
Iain on the left is a Trendon 1971 boy and Ross, on the right, a 1969 Trendon lad. Both are Dark Jeans kids.
No mistaking Fritz on the left, a 1960s slate eyed Gotz lad and Matt on the right who is a 1968 Frido crude eyed Gregor Shorts boy.

This blog is desperately in need of a change of scenery!.
Arrived at my optician's appointment an hour and a half too early (stupid me!) so whilst waiting I went on a couple of miles further down the road to Trentham Gardens and after having a delicious Cadwalader's award winning ice cream I discovered a couple of Sashas hiding still in the boot and as luck would have it I had my camera in my bag so.......!
The posing isn't quite as I would have liked it as I had to quickly snap them in between the rides when the children were getting on and off.
Looking rather untidy as her hair ribbons had obviously come loose during her hiding and rolling around in the car boot over the last few days. Sometimes I just give up!
Nevertheless I think that a good short time was had by all.
This roundabout was originally from Brighton Pier.

Bank Holiday Monday Summer changes photos... though a bit late in the day I know.
I must apologise for the repeats of any dolls or outfits but I am still struggling to just basically look after myself and although there are quite a few more outfits that need putting on the dolls for photograhing both the dolls and my time are in rather short supply.
My 70th birthday doll again, a Frido 1966 Graphic eyed Blue Cord with a full centre part seen here wearing a Ruthsdolls OOAK open fronted checked homespun smocked dress with JJ Mary-Jane shoes and commercially made socks.
1967 re-rooted NP by Lisa Hartley wearing a Pinestreetstudio skirt over a Ruthsdolls blouse and JJ sandals and commercially made socks.
1960s Gotz pale skinned Modern doll Stella customised by Kelly Wenarski and wearing a Ruthsdolls OOAK outfit commisioned as a gift for me from by Anne-Marie Hollis/Willis (again many, many thanks as you know just how much my daughter and I loved Snoopy) and JJ sandals. (Usually worn with pink/white Dollfie canvas Mary-Janes but it seems that someone else is wearing them at the moment.).
1968 Frido single fringe girl with a full centre part seen here in a pretty smocked and piped dress by 'Frocks and Socks' which really tones with her overall colouring and JJ sandals and commercially made socks.

A few more Summer changes hit the scene.
Oh dear, I'm so sorry to see that you (1960s Gotz slate eyed girl) have had the red smocked dress taken off you already but glad that you are still able to have another brightly coloured dress to wear instead. Ruthsdolls smocked green checked dress, JJ sandals and commercially made socks.
1960s Gotz crude slate coloured eyed girl in the 'Frocks and Socks' Gingerbreadman dress with commercially made shoes and socks.
1970/71 Trendon waif with her eyes enhanced by Shelly as they were oxidising to green, in another 'Frocks and Socks' smocked dress (and so obviously recently taken/snatched? off the little Gotz red headed girl) with JJ sandals and commercially made socks.
1969 Gotz No-Navel in a Pinestreetstudio shorts outfit, JJ sandals and commercially made socks.
