Feeling very guilty about the time that it has taken to photograph and add to my blog these exquiste Sasha-orientated presents (more to follow in the next installments) given to me by Susan Bulger-Pomeroy but ten months of last year turned out to be rather a write off. Luckily I'm back on track now and as the saying goes...'Better late than never!'
On opening up the most attractive be-ribboned pink gift box out popped this delightfully adorable, grey plush, little Steiff elephant on his bright red ready-to-be-pulled-along wheels. Excitment filled the air as all THE Sasha Brood rushed in to see. A million thanks Auntie Susan for this gorgeously cute little elephant.
My, what a lovely, long trunk you have. What do you use that for?
I think that I'm going to call you 'Steffi-the-Ellie.'
Why have you only got such a little tail but such a big trunk?
Give us a big hug then!
Oh so this is the now famous gold tag in the ear that I hear people talk about.
Love you!
Thousands of thanks heading to Sarah W for her help yet again.

Second Frido Graphic Eyed Doll
This 1966 Frido doll with the graphic eye painting is a Dungaree girl and came in the grey denim dungarees, white blouse and white sandals.
Here she has on a vintage-sasha dungaree set in peach tones suitable for the spring and Summer months, with Ruthsdoll's shoes.
Peach certainly suits these red headed girls so she has chosen a OOAK Ruthsdoll's homespun smocked checked front opening dress to wear for the Autumn and Spring months with JJ sandals and commercially made socks.
Many thanks to Sarah W for her usual wonderful downloading.

First of my two Frido Graphic Eyed Dolls
These 1966 Frido graphic eyed dolls came straight after the developemental girls. This is a FCP example and therefore have originally been dressed in the Jeans style in the brown farmpants and white blouse and white sandals.
Here she is wearing a OOAK Ruthsdolls smocked checked homespun dress with the front opening and co-ordinating coloured shoes and socks. ready for the Autumn or Spring weather.
This was my 70th birthday doll given to me by me and the first of my graphic eyed girls. I love Ruth's little lace collar on the dress.
Another of Ruthsdoll's OOAK homespun checked and smocked dresses, this time with a matching material collar and resembling the very pretty school Summer dresses that the children wear nowadays.
I have teamed it up here with JJ's Mary-Jane style shoes and commercially made pale blue socks.
Below is one of my favourite photos of this doll.
Now dressed for the Winter months in a OOAK Pinestreetstudio pinafore outfit
with Trendon Kiltie tights and commercially made shoes.
Grateful thanks to Sarah for her great photo re-sizing.
